I joined the Brainfood Live panel today to discuss GEO, SEO, and why it's important in talent acquisition (TA) and employer branding (EB).

The panel was hosted by Hung Lee and included TA, EB, and growth experts: Yazad Dalal, Modiara Kamps, Hannah King, Bryan Peereboom, and Alex Her.

Much of the discussion revolved around:

  • The current state of SEO

  • Why Google is moving away from calling itself a search engine

  • How to develop a GEO strategy

You'll hear a lot of great information about how this affects TA and EB, but one interesting thing is that it isn't unique to one vertical.

Many of the topics and questions answered pertain to obstacles teams face across all industries.

Wrapping our heads around the explosive change happening now is the crux of today's event, and you'll hear at the end that, although a lot of ground was covered, there's still so much to discuss.

This is a short listen, but each panel member contributed immeasurably valuable information you can take back to your team.
